These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GenXToyBox.com. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.
Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Website: https://genxtoybox.com

1. General Provisions

This website is operated by Gen X ToyBox. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Gen X ToyBox. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use this site or purchase products.
  • If you create an account on GenXToyBox.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for restricting access to your computer or device.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Authenticity, Descriptions & Condition

  • Gen X ToyBox specializes in retro, vintage, and collectible toys, action figures, and pop culture memorabilia.
  • Due to the nature of vintage and collectible items, products may show varying degrees of wear, shelf life, or packaging age. We make every effort to display product colors, features, and conditions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% precise.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Pricing & Orders

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (e.g., in cases of suspected unauthorized reselling or system errors).
  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made.

5. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

  • All shipping, return, and replacement requests are subject to our Return & Shipping Policy.
  • Because many inventory items are rare, vintage, or limited-run collectibles, replacements may not always be available for damaged or returned items. In such cases, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and software—is the property of Gen X ToyBox or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
  • Third-party trademarks, character names, and toy line titles mentioned on GenXToyBox.com belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or local laws.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.
  • To harvest or track the personal information of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gen X ToyBox does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Gen X ToyBox, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the site or any products procured using the site.

9. Changes to Terms

You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.
